Splitting a wooden paddle into two pieces makes transportation and storage easier. The ferrule is constructed of premium carbon fiber, aerospace-grade titanium screws, and Gearlab’s exclusive Diamond Joint, providing a secure and flush connection.
The ferrule uses a carbon fiber spring joint to snap firmly together.
There are no protruding parts, the shaft remains flush, and no tools are needed to separate or reattach the paddle.
